Terms of use

1) This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the agooza.net (later Agooza). These terms may be modified by Agooza, and such modifications will be effective upon posting by Agooza on the web site.

By using Agooza, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2) Violating any of these terms, according to Agooza's judgement, will lead to one of following

A) temporary penalty
B) or account termination
C) or account termination and a permanent ban
D) or account termination, a permanent ban and compensation of damage caused by member while violating these terms.

3) Member is not allowed to post or send to other members any information or content that is harassing, abusive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, profane, racially offensive or illegal.

4) Member is not allowed to post or send to any members any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

5) Agooza reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any accounts it deems unacceptable.

6) Members may cancel their existing account at any time.

7) Your profile photo is not allowed to be any kind of type that would be considered as porn. Profile photo must be clear and your face must be recognizable. If there is doubt as to the validity of the picture, Agooza reserves the right to request a proper photo at anytime during your Agooza membership.

8) Gallery images containing nudity or violence, and does not violate other terms of this agreement, and which could in any way harm or hurt children must be classified as "Adult only".

9) You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members. Agooza will not be held responsible for any information published by its members.

10) We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer, or anything else related to you.

11) We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, without prior notice. The reason will be justified if this becomes necessary, however Agooza is under no obligation to provide such justification.

13) We give no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

14) If member account is terminated, member is not entitled to any content or proprietary related to account.
